How Do I sign Up?
Head on over to underthecarolinamoon.com and click on the link that says "Register for Free Shirt Giveaway!" It will automatically take you to a page to fill out your information. Once you do that you should get a confirmation email with all of your information.
REGISTRATION IS NOT YET OPEN. IT WILL OPEN IN A FEW WEEKS!
When is the Giveaway?
The giveaway is March 12-14, 2015. We will be open from 9-5 on Thursday and Friday. Saturday will be 9-4.
Is there an age requirement?
In order to register for a Free Shirt you must be at least 12 years of age. This is something we are firm in. We require an ID in order to pick up your free shirt. We realize that not all of our younger customers have IDs so we ask that they come with a Parent/Guardian that can show their ID. Parents and children (12+) can use the same ID.
When can I pick up my free shirt?
You can come by the store between Thursday,October 9 and Saturday,October 11 to grab your free shirt. It is only available these three days. After October 11 at 4 pm, you may no longer pick up the Free Shirt in store. There is still an opportunity to order online if you miss the Giveaway until Sunday, October 12 at midnight.
Do I have to buy something to get the Free Shirt?
No, if you come in store to pick up from October 9th-11th, there is no purchase necessary. If you cannot make it to the store, you can get a shirt online, but you must make a purchase from our website in order to do so.
What if I am not local?
No worries! If you are from Columbia or California you can still get your Free Shirt! Just sign up online, make a purchase online between September 18-October 12 and use the special Free Shirt code, FALL, when you go to pay for your purchase. There is no minimum purchase required for a Free Shirt! Once you do that we will mail your order with the Free Shirt included.
Will there be a Guy and Girl shirt?
Yes. As always there will be a guy option and a girl option for the Free Shirt.
What color is the Free Shirt this year?
The girl free shirt is this year is on a white shirt. We have not yet announced what they guy shirt will be. It will be soon.
What if I cannot make it to the Giveaway?
If you are unable to attend the giveaway in store, you may place an order online at www.underthecarolinamoon.com from a certain date. We will give you a Code to use that you can enter when you check out.
Can my friend pick up my shirt?
No. You must be present to pick up your free shirt. No one can pick up a shirt for you. There are absolutely no exceptions to this. We want to make sure this is fun and fair for everyone!
How does it work In Store?
You will arrive to the Giveaway and be directed to a Check-In line. There you will receive a ticket which you will turn in for your Free Shirt. If you still have questions, we suggest watching this quick YouTube video that gives you a better idea of what goes on. http://youtu.be/Qr_3pFgD5Tc
Why do y'all only do Short Sleeve Shirts?
We feel that short sleeve shirts are the best option to keep all of our customers happy. We think it's super cute when you add a colored long sleeve shirt under it! Also, a short sleeve can be worn the entire year instead of just in the Fall/Winter!
Will it come in the mail?
Not unless you make an online order. Registering does not mean you automatically get your T-shirt. You must stop by the store during the giveaway dates (October 9-11) or place an order online at www.underthecarolinamoon.com
Will you have clearance?
Yes! We will have LOTS of sales and our famous CLEARANCE Section with tons of awesome shirts for much cheaper than y'all are used to. It is one of the pros of coming in store to grab your Free Shirt!
